• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available only upon request.
// General //
• There is another unit on the property. DO NOT disturb current tenant.
• Adult supervision is required for children on property at ALL times indoors and outdoors, including pool, hot tub, and game areas.
• No extra/overnight guests other than those stated on your reservation. Please discuss with us regarding any daytime guests.
• No mail/packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick-up.
• No pre-checked bag storage.
• No pets. Please inform us if you have a service animal or emotional support animal. Failure to disclose may be subject to a fine.
• No cryptocurrency mining.
// Community Disturbance //
• No disturbing the neighbors.
• No excessive noise/music from 9:30 PM - 7 AM. Please bring conversations/activities inside the house during quiet hours. Closed sliding doors and windows will provide better noise insulation.
• No parties/events/gatherings (more than capacity of the house). Please no bachelor/bachelorette events.
• No smoking of ANY KIND on the property.
• Violation to any of these rules after warning may result in $1,000 FINE and your reservation terminated immediately.
// Furnishings & Appliances //
• Please unplug all unused appliances, hair tools, laptop chargers, etc. from socket when leaving the home, including turning off the stove, oven, AC/heater.
• To prevent breaking the AC unit, please do not set the temperature below 68°F.
• No moving/rearranging furniture.
• Do not eat/drink on other surfaces. Please use dining table or kitchen counter for mealtimes.
• Do not sit/lean on foosball table. Cost of repair for any damages will be the responsibility of the guests.
• No unplugging electronics like TVs, lamps, WiFi router, security cameras, etc. Any tampering will be subject to a $500 fine.
• No shoes inside the property.
• Avoid putting large amounts of food down the kitchen sink to prevent clogged drains.
• Do not force open cabinets that are locked.
• Do not use trash compactor.
• Garage parking is not available, but feel free to park in the driveway and we have PLENTY of street parking.
• Please do not flush anything down toilets other than toilet paper to prevent clogging. This includes “flushable” products.

Property Disclosures:
We have (4) actively recording cameras overlooking the front & side entrance and backyard which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house.
We have decibel monitors that alert us if noise levels reach a certain limit. These do not record any audio, but only monitor decibel levels inside and outside the property.
